Business Development Manager
Having started his career in the 1980s, Brian has held many positions in the green industry.
He now serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for Soldevilla. Brian focuses on maintaining a culture of excellence and exceeding expectations among his team. Setting a high standard is easy--equipping a team to achieve big results is not.
Brian holds an AS in Business Administration from BCC and has been a Massachusetts-licensed and insured pesticide applicator with a Commercial Certification in Turf for over 20 years.
Operations Manager
For over 15 years, Kelvin has brought a unique leadership style that motivates our team to achieve the best results possible--in a safe, efficient manner.
Our clients continually report to us that they appreciate Kelvin's follow-up with them. Kelvin is responsible for the production of our crews, the maintenance of the fleet, and the recruitment and training of new team members. Kelvin is also heavily involved in our irrigation services. He lives in Rhode Island and has two sons.
Business Development Manager
Erik joined the team in 2015, and since the start, has worked closely with Brian and has acquired a solid knowledge base in turf management. Erik started with Soldevilla performing fertilization and mosquito and tick applications and is currently the Business Development manager.
A graduate of Plymouth State University, Erik holds a BA in Business. Erik achieved a perfect score on his pesticide license exam and holds a CORE certification.
After hours, Erik runs his own personal training business, Strength Academy, located in Lakeville, MA. Erik and his wife have a son and daughter and call Lakeville home.
